I’ve had flu which has put me out of action for pretty much the whole week, but am feeling well enough just now to do a bit of updating - thank goodness. Lying down for so long has really crippled my poor back (those who know me will understand why - flowers and chocolates are acceptable get well soon gifts by the way, even for old geezers like me).
